How to design a Website | Basic Skills

This is my second post for this blog. In the last post I've written about the mistakes done by bloggers while blogging. Now, I am going to tell you about the Basic Skills required for website designing. I will also tell you, how to purchase your own domain name for your website.

Internet is all about website and websites are a collection of web-pages, so, it has become important to design a good website along with good content in it. Every one using the internet wish to make his/her website. It is possible to make a good website and it should be niche.

What is website ?

A website is a collection of webpages. The first page which we see on a website  is its HomePage. Homepage contains links to the other web-pages of the website. Creating an awesome HomePage for the website has become very important.

What is website domain or domain name?

A Website domain name is a unique address given to the domain holder by various domain host providers like GoDaddy, HostGator,Zoho, etc.  You can purchase domains from  these providers. I myself created a website www.rushikeshthawale.in

What is website designing ?.

Website designing simply  means designing a website using your skills and with the use of languages like HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc.  Website designing is not do hard nor so easy. Website designing can be of two ways according to me :

a) Self Coded.

b) Using a pre-loaded template.

Self Coded websites are those which are totally coded by the owners or workers of the company .

Pre-loaded template is is an already created free template given by the domain providers for your reliability.

Now,  Let's see how to design a website ! 

1) Purchase a domain name for your website.

For example :- http://www.rushikeshthawale.in

2) You can purchase domains from these providers like godaddy, hostgator, zoho, etc. I recommend to use the zoho site because I myself created a domain from zoho service.

3) Now use the pre loaded templates given by various domain providers for your website. You just have to put your skills and content in that template and your website is ready.

4) Another method is that, you could use your skills to design your website. You can simply create a website by using HTML, Javascript, Asp, etc.

5) Connect your website to your domain and wow, your website is ready..

Blogging mistakes which 89% of bloggers do ( Including me ) ! From Author's Desk

It is good to see that the websites like Blogger, WordPress, etc are increasing day by day and the people are posting millions of posts daily and the amount of content on the internet is increasing day by day. Due to this, Blogging has become very Important for the people to give their ideas and thinking to the people and help them.

The another thing is that blogging is totally free and it does not need any special talent for blogging.

 Lacs of blogs are created daily with a quality content but there are millions of blogs, which do not contain good content but the content is copied from others blogs or even websites.

There is a very less chance of getting a genuine blog and getting readers for it daily.

So, In this post, I am going to tell you about the mistakes which most of the bloggers do daily.

MISTAKES DONE BY BLOGGERS WHILE POSTING :

1) Most of the bloggers don't write content which is helpful for the visitors of that blog. Rather than this, they create blogs which contain their information only for getting fame. 

This should be avoided by the bloggers for making a successful blog.

I've done this same mistake before some years.

2) The second mistake which most of the bloggers do is copying the content from other articles or free content giving websites. Please remember that the blog containing content from other sources cannot be considered as genuine and it will not get viewers and followers.

3) Another mistake done by bloggers is that repeating posts. Some of the bloggers repeat same posts after some posts in order to get more posts for their blogs. So never repeat the posts in your blogs and always write quality content for your blogs.

4) Other than this, Some of the bloggers write posts about hacked or cracked softwares and this is totally wrong..

And that blog get negative comments as well as it is neither important nor genuine blog.

5) Another mistake done by bloggers is making a image_only or video_only blog.

Some bloggers don't post relevant or genuine content to their blogs rather than this, they post only images or videos on their blogs. These types of blogs get less viewers than that of content written blogs.

6) Bloggers also do mistake by making blogs which contain only links, hacking tricks, download software links, and this create a very bad impression of the blog in front of the viewer.

So this should be avoided.

7) Last but not the least,

Common mistake done by most of the bloggers is that they try to apply for Google Adsense without any content on their blog, this make their account disapprove and blocked. So, always write good content in your blogs in order to earn money through blogs.
